All models consists basically of a bending frame of immense strength, entirely constructed from rolled steel sections, bolted and welded where necessary, to provide a rigid yet transportable structure upon which are mounted the Hydraulic Power Unit and Bend Formers. Vankos Hydraulic Pipe Benders are capable of bending pipes as per is - 1239 ( PART-1) 1990. The Hydraulic Power Unit is a highly efficient powerful source of bending force developing 15, 30 and 50 tonne pressure, enough to bend the maximum size of tubes in the range with ease. The pump piston is made from high carbon steel, hardened and ground to precision micron finish.
