HYDRAULIC RAILWAY TRACK JACK

Vankos Hydraulic Railway Track Jack is a non infringing light weight and powerful track jack and it is specially designed, developed and manufactured by us for the maintenance of BG & MG concrete sleeper tracks and also for NG tracks of Indian Railways. It is approved by govt. of India, ministry of Railways, (railway board) vide their letter no.88/Track III/TK/2 (vol.III) dated 19/07/91 and renewal letter no.92/Track III/TM/6.volI dated 17/11/93.It is made of high tensile alloy steel , has simple mechanism and requires minimum displacement of ballast for setting in position for operation. Extensively tried by zonal railways it has proved that Vankos Hydraulic Railway Track Jack is the most efficient equipment in the hands of permanent way Engineers.

Purpose/Proposed Use

This Jack can be used underneath the rail for lifting the track for cross level rectification. While packing by off-trackable light tamper, the track can be raised by using minimum six jacks.

SLEEPER SPACER

Vankos Hydraulic Sleeper Spacer is an important substituted item specially designed , developed and manufactured by us for sparing and replacing of concrete sleepers of railway track. It is approved by govt. of India , ministry of railways, (railway Board) vide their letter no.88/Track III/TM/2(vol.III) dated 31/03/1992.It is light weight and non infringing type of equipment. It has an advantage of being used in both horizontal and vertical position. The Sleeper Spacer is used horizontally to respace and square the concrete Sleepers. It can also be used for vertical mode to adjust the rubber pad resting between the rail and sleeper which gets slipped during the re-spacing process. The Sleeper Spacer can also be used in wooden sleepers after removing the tapered saddle and back plate from it. It is a compact unit in which the main components like ram & cylinder, pump, oil tank and release key are mounted on a base plate. It has an easy portability. Being light weight it can be transported on a bicycle or kept it on shoulder towards operation spot. One man can operate it. It is suitable for rugged use in the field. It has features of high efficiency, low labour intensity, safety and reliability in uses.

Purpose/Proposed Use

Squaring and respacing of concrete sleepers. To correct the angle of concrete sleepers on laid track. It can also be used in vertical mode to adjust the rubber pad resting between the rail and sleeper which get displaced during re-spacing process. It can also be used for re-spacing wooden sleepers by removing saddle cap and back support of jack.

HYDRAULIC RAIL BENDER

Vankos Hydraulic Rail Bender (Jim Crow) is an indispensable aid for removing kinks and straightening the railway tracks. The equipment is approved by Govt.of India, Ministry of Railways, (Railway Board) vide their letter no.88/Track III/TK/2(vol.III) dated 13/05/1991 and renewal letter no.92/Track III/TM/6 vol.i dated 17/11/1993. The design of our rail bender is conforming to latest specification of Railway Board. The Hydraulic unit does the job in 1/10 th of the time with less efforts by one operator only than six gangman can do with screw jim crow. The equipment may be used for bending or dekinking all types of rail section 90 R to 60 kg. The equipment is lighter than screw jim crow. The jim crow is fitted with dolly wheels to carry it to operation site on the mono rail conveniently by one man only. Rail Bender is a compact equipment in which Ram & Cylinder, Pump, Oil Tank & Release Key all are assembled in one unit. Jim Crow is a detachable part of it. Hydraulic unit is provided with overload safety valve to avoid accidental break down of the equipment. Above all the Hydraulic Rail Bender is an efficient method of keeping railway tracks in good trim to make the task of track modernisation & all round success.

TRALIS (Track lifting cum slewing device)

Purpose of the Product For track alignment. This product is used for lifting, leveling & slewing of all types of tracks and turnouts. Product Description It consists of two sets of vertical and horizontal hydraulic jacks operated by a single hand pump. Jacks and hand pump is connected by hoses and has Oil Distributor. Jacks can be controlled for vertical lifting and horizontal slewing from a central location.
